.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to locally strong NE to E winds prevail E of 
70W, associated with elongated 1005 mb low pressure just E of 
the area, near 26N57W. The low will drift north through midweek,
then turn E and move away from the area late this week. Long- 
period north to northeast swell will impact the Atlantic waters 
and passages between the southeastern Bahamas and the NE Caribbean
with high seas through the week.
