.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Nicole near 30.7N 84.3W 992 mb
at 10 PM EST moving NW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt
gusts 40 kt. Nicole will move inland to 33.0N 84.0W Fri morning,
inland to 37.0N 81.0W Fri evening, and dissipate Sat morning.
In the wake of Nicole, fresh to strong winds will continue 
through Fri morning. Gentle to moderate winds are expected through
Fri night and will continue to decrease on Sat. A cold front will
approach the area Sat night into Sun with moderate to fresh winds
following the front and moderate seas. 

.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. SW to W winds
25 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.FRI...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Large seas of 12 ft or greater will subside off the Florida coast
by Fri morning. Looking ahead, a cold front will move off the 
coast of northeast Florida early Sun with moderate to locally 
fresh winds and moderate seas behind it. The front will weaken as 
it moves toward the Florida Straits by Mon night. 

.TONIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 25 to 30 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms.
