.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds across the area will increase to
moderate to locally fresh by tonight. Expect these conditions
through the weekend as a cold front approaches the area. The front
will dissipate Sun night into Mon in the NE Gulf. Winds will 
become gentle to moderate through early next week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.SAT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
