Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Karl is stationary over the southwestern
Gulf near 22.4N 94.3W 1000 mb at 11 PM EDT. Maximum sustained are  
winds 50 kt with gusts to 60 kt. Karl will remain over the
southwestern Gulf through early Sat, then move inland over
southern Mexico and dissipate through Sun. Elsewhere, a weak 
cold front will enter the northwest Gulf Thu, move across the 
central Gulf Fri and Fri night, then stall from the Straits of 
Florida to vicinity Yucatan Channel Sat through Sun night before 
dissipating by late Mon. Looking ahead, a stronger cold front may
enter the northwest Gulf Mon night.  

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft late in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...S to SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure over the area will shift 
eastward tonight ahead of a cold front that will move off the 
coast of northeast Florida Thu night. The front will continue 
southeastward and reach from Bermuda to the Straits of Florida 
Sat night, then become mostly stationary along 24N Sun and
dissipate through late Mon.

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.THU...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.THU NIGHT...S of 27N, S to SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to
SE after midnight. N of 27N, SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in NE
to E swell in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered

.FRI...S of 27N, W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NE in the
