Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Karl is over the southwest Gulf near
21.1N 94.9W 1006 mb at 5 AM EDT, moving NNW at 5 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Karl will remain
over the southwest Gulf through Fri as a tropical storm, weaken 
to a remnant low near 18.6N 96.1W Sat morning, then dissipate by 
early Sun.Elsewhere, a weak cold front will enter the northwest 
Gulf by Thu, move across the central Gulf Fri, and then stall from
the Straits of Florida and Yucatan Channel Sat into Sun. 

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and

.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough off northeast Florida will lift 
northward and dissipate through early this morning as broad high
 pressure builds over the western Atlantic. The high pressure
will  shift east through mid week ahead of a cold front expected
to move off the coast of northeast Florida late Thu. The front
will  continue southeastward and reach from Bermuda to western
Cuba  by Sat night, and from 31N60W to central Cuba by Sun
night.

10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
