Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An early season cold front has become stationary
just east of Florida. Cool, dry conditions are accompanying the
gentle to moderate N winds across the Gulf of Mexico this
afternoon. Winds should remain tranquil for the next several
days over the Gulf.  

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SAT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Ian is north of the area, near
 33.9N 79.2W 982 mb at 5 PM EDT moving N at 13 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds 60 kt gusts 75 kt. Ian will continue moving 
toward the north away from our waters tonight, and winds and
seas should diminish north of the Bahamas by tomorrow afternoon.
An  early season cold front has become stationary east of
Florida in  the wake of Ian. This front should weaken on Sat,
but be  reinforced by another cold front moving off of the coast
of NE Florida on Sun. The combined cold front should reach from 
near 31N70W to 25N75W by Mon morning and dissipate by Tue. 

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in NW to N swell. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.SAT...N winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and NW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW after
midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
