Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Ian is near 14.3N 77.0W 1003 mb at
5 PM EDT moving W at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts
50 kt. Ian will move to 14.6N 78.4W Sun morning, 15.7N 80.3W Sun
afternoon, strengthen to a hurricane near 17.4N 82.2W Mon
morning, 19.2N 83.5W Mon afternoon, 20.9N 84.4W Tue morning, and
23.1N 85.0W Tue afternoon. Ian will change little in intensity
as it moves near 26.2N 84.8W by Wed afternoon. Conditions will
begin to deteriorate across the southeastern Gulf of Mexico by 
early next week as the center of Ian emerges from Cuba. In the
meantime, expect gentle to moderate winds and slight seas through
the weekend. 

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Swells from extratropical cyclone Fiona are slowly
subsiding off the Florida coast with seas to 6 ft on Sat evening.
Expect the swell to completely subside by Sun morning. Ian will 
move to 14.6N 78.4W Sun morning, 15.7N 80.3W Sun afternoon, 
strengthen to a hurricane near 17.4N 82.2W Mon morning, 19.2N 
83.5W Mon afternoon, 20.9N 84.4W Tue morning, and 23.1N 85.0W Tue 
afternoon. Ian will change little in intensity as it moves near 
26.2N 84.8W by Wed afternoon. Impacts from Ian may impact areas 
offshore Florida early next week.
