.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the southeastern U.S. will
maintain gentle to moderate easterly breezes and slight seas the
next few days. A cold front could reach the NE Gulf on Fri.

.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona near 23.9N 71.8W 939 mb at 05 
AM EDT moving N at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 115 kt gusts 
140 kt. Fiona will move to 24.3N 71.9W Wed morning, 26.0N 71.5W 
Wed evening, 28.1N 70.8W Thu morning, 30.8N 69.0W Thu evening, 
34.3N 65.6W Fri morning, and 39.5N 61.8W Fri evening. Swells 
generated by Fiona will continue to spread westward across the
SW Atlantic toward the central and northwestern Bahamas and the 
east coast of the United States through the weekend. A cold 
front will drop south over the northern and central waters Fri 
through Sat night followed by fresh northeast winds and building
 seas. High pressure will build in behind the cold front.
