Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will continue to dominate the
Gulf waters through tonight, producing gentle to locally moderate
winds and slight seas across the basin. Broad low pressure will 
form the north-central Gulf early Fri and induce a moderate to 
locally fresh southerly return flow across the eastern half of the
basin Fri night into Sat night. Looking ahead, winds and seas 
will diminish through Sun as the trough weakens and shifts west 
ahead of high pressure building over the northeast Gulf. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms.
.FRI...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
