Gulf through Fri. Expect gentle to locally moderate winds and
slight seas across the basin through Fri. 

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
