Although environmental conditions are only marginally conducive, any additional development of the system over the next few days would lead to the formation of a tropical depression. Associated active squalls and thunderstorms will impact these regional waters through Sun. Elsewhere, weak high pressure is centered over the central Atlantic along 32N and extends W-SW to near 70W.
