Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Four is in the Bay of
Campeche near 20.7N 94.5W 1009 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NW at
12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 35 kt. Four will move
to Tampico offshore waters near 22.0N 95.6W Sat morning, 23.8N
96.8W Sat afternoon, inland NE Mexico near 25.6N 98.1W Sun
morning, inland to 27.1N 99.6W Sun afternoon, and dissipate Mon
morning. Heavy rains and tstms are expected over the SW and far
NW Gulf over the weekend.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Azores-Bermuda High surface ridging extending across 
the region along with the passage of a tropical wave across the 
eastern and central Caribbean will support moderate to fresh 
easterly winds S of 25N through Sun morning. Locally strong winds 
are likely N of Hispaniola and the approaches of the Windward 
Passage tonight and Sat night. The ridge will weaken Sun evening 
into early next week, thus diminishing these winds to gentle to 
moderate speeds.
