Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging will continue to extend across the 
southeast Gulf of Mexico through Thu. Moderate winds are expected
across the region through Thu night before diminishing to light 
to gentle on Fri. These conditions will persist into the weekend. 
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are also expected through Thu.
 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure east of the area is bringing 
light to gentle southerly winds off the north and central Florida 
coast with moderate easterly winds off the southern Florida coast.
These conditions will continue through Thu night, with winds 
becoming light to gentle on Fri and persist through the weekend. A
cold front will approach the northeast Florida coast by Sat, which
will increase coverage of showers and thunderstorms and bring 
moderate northeast winds later in the weekend.
