Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak surface ridging extending across the northern
Gulf will support gentle to moderate winds and slight seas
across most of the Gulf through the week. Fresh E winds will
briefly pulse during the evening hours through mid week west of
the Yucatan Peninsula due to a diurnal trough.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft.
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will prevail along 30N through tonight, then
 will lift north of the area. Fresh to strong winds will pulse 
north of Hispaniola and in the approaches to the Windward
Passage  during the late afternoons and overnight hours during
the mid to  late week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon.
N of 27N, SE to S winds less than 5 kt in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
