Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure centered over the
northwestern Gulf of Mexico will move slowly westward and move
inland over Texas on Thursday. There is a medium chance the
disturbance may develop into a brief tropical depression before
it moves inland. Otherwise, mainly gentle to moderate winds and
slight to moderate seas will prevail.

showers and isolated tstms.
