Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface trough extends from coastal Alabama
to near Tampa Bay and will meander across the NE Gulf through
Mon. A low pressure area could develop over the N Gulf early
next week and drift westward across the north-central or
northwestern Gulf, with any development being slow to occur.
Otherwise, a weak surface ridge will dominate the Gulf waters
through the weekend and into early next week, supporting mainly
gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.  

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front that extends from 31N73W to near
Melbourne, Florida will meander and weaken today then dissipate 
tonight. Elsewhere, Atlantic high pressure will remain centered 
across the central Atlantic near 40N. A strong tropical wave
will  reach near 60W late Tue evening, then move through the
eastern  Caribbean Sea Wed and Wed night, and the central
Caribbean Thu  and Thu night. Expect a broad surge of winds and
seas with this wave as it moves across the region.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Chance of showers and slight chance of
tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
