.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will dominate the east-central and
southeastern Gulf with mainly gentle to moderate winds, and 
slight to moderate seas most of the week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft after midnight. 
.WED...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
