Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Under the influence of a modest surface ridge over 
the southeastern Gulf and central Florida, light to gentle winds
will prevail through the weekend. For the first half of next 
week, a strengthening ridge over the southeastern U.S. should 
cause winds to become moderate.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.SUN...SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E in the afternoon.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front curves southwestward from the north
central Atlantic across 31N48W to 27N58W, then continues
westward as a stationary front to just east of the northwest
Bahamas. This boundary will drift slowly eastward while gradually
dissipate through Sat. Meanwhile another cold front will exit the
Georgia/Carolina coast Sat evening, and sink southeastward 
through Mon before gradually dissipating near the northwest 
Bahamas late Tue.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE after
midnight. Seas 3 ft. 
.SAT...E winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and SW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...S of 27N,SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW
after midnight. N of 27N,SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or
less, building to 3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.SUN...S of 27N,S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,W to NW
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N to NE in the afternoon. Seas
