Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure located inland over eastern
Nicaragua is forecast to move slowly northwestward and could
emerge over the Gulf of Honduras where some development is
possible by Friday. Some development is also possible over the
southern Bay of Campeche by early next week. Regardless of
development, locally heavy rainfall is possible over Nicaragua,
Honduras, Belize, and southeastern Mexico through the weekend.
Otherwise, a surface ridge will dominate the Gulf waters
providing mainly gentle to moderate E to SE winds, except off
the western Yucatan peninsula and in the Bay of Campeche where a
thermal trough will support fresh to strong E to NE winds at
night.

building to 3 ft late. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from Bermuda to near 30N78W 
will move across the N waters tonight and Thu reaching 27N by
Thu night before dissipating. Fresh to strong SW winds are
expected ahead of the front and E of 65W tonight through Thu 
night. A second but weaker front will move across the same region 
on Sun. A ridge will follow the front.

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, NW winds 5 to
10 kt, shifting to NE in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft in the afternoon. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.FRI...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
