Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will persist across the basin
through Sat. Looking ahead, winds and seas may increase over the
south-central Gulf, to the west of the Yucatan Channel, by the 
weekend as low pressure possibly approaches from the northwest 
Caribbean.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated
tstms. 
.WED...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will meander east to west along 26N 
through Wed night. A cold front will enter the northern waters
Wed night, affecting areas east of 70W on Thu. The ridge will 
build again along 25N by late Fri. A weak cold front should move 
through the area late in the weekend.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
