.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the basin through the
week and into the upcoming weekend. Fresh to strong winds will
pulse over the western half of the basin on Wed, then light to
gentle winds will prevail. Moderate winds will pulse to fresh
over the Bay of Campeche each night through Fri.  

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.WED...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Isolated tstms.
