.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered E of the basin dominates,
leading to moderate to fresh SE winds over the western Gulf and 
mainly gentle SE winds elsewhere. Winds may increase to locally 
strong off the Texas coast tonight. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.TUE...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and

.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge will change little over the 
western Atlantic through the next few days. A weak trough is 
expected to form near the NW and central Bahamas by mid-week,
then lift northeastward Thu and Thu night. Gentle to moderate 
winds will continue over the region into mid-week.
