.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will persist over the
southeast Gulf through tonight, between a ridge extending across 
the northern Gulf and lower pressure over southern Mexico. Winds 
and seas will diminish slightly Mon through mid week as the ridge 
and lower pressure weaken.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge along 31N will shift slightly 
southward today, then change little through mid-week. It will 
shift eastward Thu ahead of a cold front moving across the 
southeastern U.S. The associated pressure gradient will allow
for mainly gentle to moderate winds across the region into mid
week.
