.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will persist over the
southeast Gulf through Sun night, between a ridge extending 
across the northern Gulf and lower pressure over southern Mexico.
Winds and seas will diminish slightly Mon through mid week as the
ridge and lower pressure weaken.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge along 31N will shift slightly 
south on Sun, then change little through mid-week. It will begin
 to shift eastward on Thu as a cold front moves across the 
southeastern U.S. The associated pressure gradient will allow 
for fresh winds to diminish overnight, and mainly gentle to 
moderate winds across the region through the remainder of period.
