.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the area will maintain gentle to
moderate breezes and slight seas into mid week. SE winds will
increase over the northwest Gulf by late Wed as the high
pressure shifts east of the region. 

.OVERNIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge along 28N will shift east by Tue 
ahead of a weak cold front approaching from the north. The front
 will move over the waters north of 28N between northeast
Florida  and 55W through late Wed. Fresh east to southeast winds
will pulse north of Hispaniola tonight.

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
