Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the area will maintain gentle to
moderate breezes and slight seas into mid week. SE winds will
increase over the northwest Gulf by late Wed as the high
pressure shifts east of the region. Farther south, fresh
northeast winds will pulse west of the Yucatan peninsula each
night through mid week.  

.TONIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and thunderstorms will prevail
over the northern Bahamas through tonight as an upper level
disturbance  moves off the Florida coast. Meanwhile, a surface
ridge along 28N  will shift east by Tue ahead of a weak cold
front approaching from the north. The front will move over the
waters north of 28N  between northeast Florida and 55W through
late Wed. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S to SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E to SE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
