Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the area will continue to produce
a gentle to moderate anticyclonic flow through Wed. Fresh
northeast to east winds will pulse offshore the N and W coasts
of the Yucatan peninsula each night through Wed night, with the
exception of fresh to strong winds tonight. Fresh SE to S return
flow is expected over the NW and west-central Gulf beginning on
Wed night due to the pressure gradient between a ridge over the
Gulf waters a lower pressures over Texas and NE Mexico. 

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NE to E winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S to SW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE late. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N to NE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE late.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge, anchored by a high pressure center located 
over the NE corner of the forecast area, will dominate the
region through Mon. Then, the high pressure will shift eastward
as a cold front approaches the waters off NE Florida on Tue. The 
northern part of the cold front is expected to reach the northeast
part of the area Wed and Wed night, while its remainder becomes 
stationary over the northern forecast waters. Moderate to fresh 
southwest winds will precede the front. Fresh to locally strong 
east to southeast winds within 120 nm north of Hispaniola will 
persist through Mon night. 

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SE to S
late. N of 27N, SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Isolated tstms. 
.SUN...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to SE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of
27N. 
.MON...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N
of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
