Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging across the N Gulf will gradually
sink southward, promoting generally quiescent conditions over
most of the Gulf of Mexico for the next couple of days. A weak
cold front will move southward across the E Gulf Sat night
through Sun, before stalling and dissipating over the Straits of
Florida on Mon. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and thunderstorms persist
northeast of the Bahamas, near a surface trough in the area. The 
trough is forecast to dissipate by Fri night. The rest of the area
is dominated by the Bermuda High, which will weaken and migrate 
eastward Fri into Sat. Fresh to locally strong S to SW winds will 
develop north of the Bahamas starting Fri night, ahead of a cold 
front that is expected to move off the Florida coast Sun morning. 
The front will push southeast Sun and Mon, reach from 30N70W to 
the Straits of Florida by late Mon, and become stationary and 
dissipate on Tue. Fresh to strong N winds behind the front are 
anticipated north of the Bahamas on Mon and Tue.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N,SE winds after midnight. Winds NE to E 5 to
10 kt in the evening. N of 27N,S winds 10 to 15 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW
15 to 20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 20 to 25 kt N of
