Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure south of Bermuda extends westward into
the Gulf of Mexico. Gentle to moderate E-SE winds will continue 
across the SE Gulf waters through the weekend. The high pressure 
will retreat eastward late this week and weekend ahead of an approaching
cold front. High pressure will rebuild over the Gulf by the end 
of the weekend.

subsiding to 2 ft or less. Isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface trough in the NW Bahamas will meander over
the next few days, supporting isolated shower and thunderstorm activity
near it. Fresh to locally strong trades offshore northern 
Hispaniola will pulse nightly through Thu. The high pressure will 
weaken and migrate eastward late this week and weekend as a cold 
front exits the southeastern United States.
