.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build across the SE United States
Fri into the weekend. Moderate to fresh E-SE winds can be expected
through Fri night. Gentle to moderate E-SE winds will prevail 
across the area during the weekend and into early next week.

will diminish to moderate to locally fresh by the weekend.
