Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front is entering the NW Gulf. Strong N
winds, with frequent gusts to gale force and building seas will
follow the front, which will reach from the Florida Big Bend to
the central Bay of Campeche by Thu morning. Gale force winds
will develop offshore Veracruz, Mexico on Thu morning, and
continue through the evening. The cold front will move SE and
exit the basin by Fri morning. High pressure will build in the
wake of the front through the weekend. Areas of smoke from
agricultural fires could reduce visibilities over the western
Gulf.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong S winds offshore N Florida should 
generally continue into Thu night, before a cold front moves 
offshore the SE U.S. This front will reach from 31N75W through 
the NW Bahamas and western Cuba by Fri morning, and from 31N68W
to the SE Bahamas and eastern Cuba by Sat morning. Strong NW 
winds will develop offshore N Florida behind the front this 
weekend as the pressure gradient tightens over the SE CONUS.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.THU NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N,
seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers. 
.FRI...NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 15 to 20 kt N
