Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1020 mb located over the eastern
Gulf dominates the basin. This system will support light to
gentle winds over the eastern Gulf, and moderate to fresh return
flow over the western Gulf through Mon night. Then, southerly
winds over the western Gulf are expected to gradually increase
to fresh to strong speeds Tue through Wed. These winds along
with rough seas are going to spread to the central and eastern
Gulf on Wed ahead of the next cold front forecast to enter the
NW Gulf by late Wed.  

.OVERNIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N59W to northern Haiti.
Fresh to locally strong W-NW winds will affect the waters N of
27N through late tonight. The front will remain nearly stationary
over the SE waters, including Hispaniola, through Wed while 
gradually weakening. High pressure in the wake of the front will 
bring fresh to strong easterly winds across the waters S of 23N- 
24N beginning on Tue, then winds will also increase to fresh to 
strong speeds E of the Florida Peninsula Wed evening into Thu 
ahead of the next cold front forecast to enter the western 
Atlantic on Fri.

.OVERNIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W 5 to 10 kt N of
