Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front associated with strong low pressure
over the northeastern U.S. extends across N Florida currently.
It is expected to sustain moderate to fresh winds across the E
Gulf through this morning. A 1020 mb high is centered over the
central Gulf allowing for moderate to fresh return flow prevail
across the basin. Toward mid-week, fresh to strong with locally
near-gale southerly flow and rough seas will develop across much
of the Gulf ahead of a cold front that will approach the Texas
coast.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends along 30N and W of 78W. Another
front stretches from 31N67W to 25N74W. These features will 
sustain fresh to strong winds for the offshore waters E of N and
central Florida through Mon. A third cold front extends from 
31N64W to the S Bahamas. Fresh to strong SW winds E of this 
front are anticipated to shift eastward across the central 
Atlantic through Mon. By Mon night, a high pressure building 
eastward from Florida should bring improving conditions. Seas
will range from 8 to 10 ft in the vicinity of the fronts through
Mon.

.TODAY...N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S of 27N,E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,NW winds
