Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Tampa Bay, Florida to the southeast Gulf. This front is bringing moderate to locally fresh winds behind it until it exits the basin by early Sat morning. The strong cold front will approach north of Florida on Sat night, and this will increase winds moderate to fresh across the eastern Gulf through the weekend. This should also allow fresh SE winds offshore N of Hispaniola to decrease to moderate by Sat morning. Another cold front is moving off the NE Florida coast tonight and will spread eastward with the front. A third cold front will dip near the Florida coast by Sat night, bringing a reinforcing round of strong winds through Sun.
