.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the Texas coast today,
then move E through the Gulf through the weekend. Fresh to
locally strong NW winds are expected behind the front in the
western Gulf, with fresh S winds ahead of it over the northern
Gulf. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
