Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the Texas coast this 
morning, then move E through the Gulf through the weekend, before
dissipating in the far SE Gulf Mon. Fresh to locally strong NW 
winds are expected behind the front in the western Gulf, with 
fresh S winds ahead of it over the northern Gulf. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure extending across the area 
will support pulsing of fresh to strong winds north of Hispaniola 
through the weekend. As the ridge retreats eastward, a cold front 
will move off the coast of Florida Sat, reaching from near Bermuda
to the Florida Straits by Mon.

3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
