.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front that extends just off the SW
Florida coast will stall and dissipate by tonight. Another cold
front will move off the Texas coast Fri, then move E through the
Gulf over the weekend, before dissipating in the far SE Gulf
Mon.

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft after midnight.
