Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A Gale Warning is in effect for all the Gulf waters
except the SE part. A strong cold front will enter the NW Gulf
this evening bringing gale-force winds and very rough seas
across most of the basin tonight and Sat. The front will move SE
of the area by late Sat. High pressure in the wake of the front
will then shift eastward through Mon, allowing for fresh east to
southeast return flow to set up over the Gulf in advance of the
next cold front. This cold front is expected to enter the far NW
Gulf late Mon night, and reach from the western Florida
panhandle to the eastern Bay of Campeche by late Tue. Fresh
winds will precede and follow this front.  

.TONIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SAT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW 25 to 30 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Scattered showers. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft. 
.SUN...NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southerly winds will prevail across 
the NE Florida waters tonight ahead of a strong cold front
forecast to enter the SW N Atlantic on Sat morning. Gale
conditions are forecast ahead and behind the front Sat and Sat
night. Rough seas are expected Sat through early next week.
Elsewhere, swell will continue to impact the Lesser Antilles
into early next week as this swell event will be reinforced by
another set of swell.

N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late. N
of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SAT...S of 27N, S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. N of 27N, S winds
20 to 25 kt, shifting to SW 25 to 35 kt in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers.

30 kt N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 to 5 ft, building to 5 to 7 ft
