.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate southerly winds will prevail 
across the area through Thu night. Moderate to fresh southerly 
winds are expected Fri and Fri night. A strong cold front will 
move across the area on Sat and bring strong to near gale-force NW
winds with building seas. Strong winds will diminish by Sun night,
with rough seas diminishing by Mon.

are possible ahead and behind the front Sat. Winds will diminish
on Sat with rough seas subsiding by MOn.
