Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...Areas of dense fog and hazy skies over the NW Gulf continue to diminish as a cold front emerged off the coast of Texas earlier this afternoon. The cold front extends from south- central Louisiana SW to Brownsville, Texas. Fresh to strong northerly winds follow the front and are expected to continue through tonight when the boundary will stall from the Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche. The stationary front will then linger across the area through midweek and then gradually dissipate by Thu.
