.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds with rough seas are expected to
improve by Sun morning. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail 
across the area through Mon. Expect fresh to strong winds by Mon 
night and will continue through Thu. As a cold front enters the NW
Gulf, winds will become moderate to fresh later in the week.
