Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the Gulf region through
at least Mon. Winds and seas will continue to diminish across
the area from W to E tonight into Sun morning. Fresh to strong
southerly winds will set up over the western Gulf Sun night into
Mon. A frontal system will then move off the Texas coast by Mon
night and track across the northern Gulf through Tue. Expect
increasing southerly winds across the central and eastern Gulf
Mon night and Tue due to the pressure gradient between high
pressure over the eastern half of the Gulf and the above
mentioned low. The next cold front is forecast to enter the NW
Gulf on Thu. Gale conditions are possible behind the front.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stretches from 31N67W to eastern Cuba. 
Gale force winds are noted N of 27N and W of the front to about
80W with seas in the 12 to 20 ft range. As the front continues
to push eastward tonight, winds will diminish below gale force.
Fresh to strong winds will persist on either side of the front
through  Sun morning but large seas will persist E of the
Bahamas through  early next week. 

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 7 to 10 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 5 to
7 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 4 to
6 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
