Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough from the Florida Straits to the
Yucatan Channel will dissipate this morning. A strong cold front
will move across the area this afternoon through tonight. Portions
of the eastern Gulf of Mexico can expect frequent gusts to gale 
force this afternoon through Sat morning with rough seas.  
Conditions will improve by Sun.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front continues to linger from 31N74W
to near Cape Canaveral with strong winds north of the boundary.
A 1013 mb low is near 28N71W with fresh to locally strong winds 
south of it. The front will lift northward today with the strong 
winds moving north of the area by this afternoon. The low pressure
between Florida and Bermuda will dissipate today. A strong cold 
front will then push off the northeast Florida coast by this 
evening and bring strong to near gale force winds behind it. Gale 
force winds winds will develop N of 27N tonight, with seas 
building to near 20 ft. The gale force winds will end by Sat. 
Winds will diminish on Sun with seas subsiding by Mon.

.TODAY...S of 27N,W winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,NW to N winds
10 to 15 kt, shifting to W 15 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt
with gusts to 40 kt after midnight. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.SAT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 25 to 30 kt N
