Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the eastern Gulf waters through
Thu. The next cold front is forecast to emerge from the coast of 
Texas late Wed night. The front will reach from near Panama City,
Florida to near Tuxpan, Mexico by Thu evening, then possibly stall
on Fri as it nears the SE Gulf. Eventually, the front should
continue SE, pushing through by late Sat. Fresh northerly winds 
and building seas are expected in the wake of the front.

.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds will diminish to gentle this afternoon
as high pressure builds in over the western Atlantic along 31N
tonight. Northerly swell will also gradually diminish today. The 
next cold front is forecast to move offshore northern Florida on 
Fri.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
