Fresh southerly return flow will set up across the western Gulf today ahead of the next cold front forecast to emerge from the coast of Texas by Wed night. The front will reach from near Mobile, Alabama to Brownsville, Texas on Thu morning, and from northern Florida to near Veracruz, Mexico by Thu night. The front will move across the SE waters today, then begin to lift N by tonight into Wed while dissipating. High pressure will follow the front.
