Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging over the western Gulf
dominates the basin. Moderate to fresh NW winds will continue
over the NE Gulf into this evening before diminishing. Seas will
gradually subside over the eastern Gulf through tonight. Fresh
southerly return flow will set up across the western Gulf on Tue
ahead of the next cold front forecast to emerge from the coast
of Texas late Wed night and extend from Apalachicola, Florida to
Tampico, Mexico Thu evening.

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NW swell.
.TUE...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N68W to 27N71W to
eastern Cuba near 21N77W. Strong W to NW winds will continue N of
27N through Tue morning. Seas will gradually subside through Tue.
High pressure will follow the front. The next cold front is 
forecast to move offshore northern Florida by early Fri.

.TONIGHT...NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
