Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1021 mb located over the SW Gulf
dominates the basin. Winds have diminished below gale force over
the NE Gulf. Seas will gradually subside from W to E today, with
seas under 12 ft over the eastern Gulf by this morning. Fresh
southerly return flow will set up across the western Gulf on Tue
ahead of the next cold front forecast to emerge from the coast
of Texas Wed night and extend from the Florida Big Bend to
Tampico, Mexico Thu night. Fresh to strong northerly winds and
building seas will follow the front. 

.TODAY...NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 13 ft in W to NW swell. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NW swell.
.TUE...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N74W to the central
Bahamas into eastern Cuba. Gale force winds will persist on
either side  of the front through this afternoon. The front will
reach from  31N65W to eastern Cuba by this evening, and move
across the SE  waters on Tue, then begin to lift N on Wed while
dissipating. Fresh to strong winds will continue to affect the
waters N of 27N  through Tue morning. Seas will gradually
subside from W to E. High pressure will follow the front. The
next cold front is forecast  to enter the SW N Atlantic by Thu
night.

.TODAY...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 30 kt N
of 27N. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NW swell. 
.TONIGHT...NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.TUE...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
