Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system NE of the Bahamas will support
fresh NW winds over the eastern Gulf tonight into Fri morning.
Southerly return flow will set up over the western Gulf by late
Fri ahead of a strong cold front forecast to enter the Gulf
region by Sat morning. Strong to gale force winds and building
seas are expected in the wake of the front Sat through Sun.
Fresh to strong southerly winds will prevail ahead of the front
forecast to move SE of the area by Sun afternoon.  

.TONIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft,building to 5 to
7 ft after midnight. 
.FRI...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt in
the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft in NW to N swell. 
.FRI NIGHT...NW winds 5 kt, shifting to SE to S less than 5 kt
after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft in NW to N swell. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
.SAT NIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming S to SW 25 to 30 kt
after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft,building to 5 to 7 ft after
midnight. 
.SUN...W winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft in W to NW swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 9 to 14 ft in W to
NW swell. 
.MON...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in W to NW swell. 
.MON NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A large area of low pressure is NE of the Bahamas
with gale force winds currently affecting the NE offshore
waters. This system will continue to bring gale force winds and
building seas  across the waters N of 27N tonight and Fri. A
surface through associated with it will move across the SW N
Atlantic waters  through Fri. Marine conditions will briefly
improve on Sat ahead  of a cold front forecast to emerge off the
coast of Florida on  Sun. Strong to gale force winds are
expected on either side of the front on Sun and Sun night.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N,NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W to NW 20 to
25 kt after midnight. N of 27N,W to NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas
3 to 5 ft,building to 5 to 7 ft after midnight. 
.FRI...NW winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and NW 20 to 30 kt N of
27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NW to N swell. 
.FRI NIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SAT...W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S in the afternoon.
Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...S to SW winds 25 to 35 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...W winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft.
