Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong northerly winds and seas to 16 ft
prevail in the Bay of Campeche in the wake of a cold front that
exited the gulf this morning. Moderate to fresh northerly flow
dominates elsewhere across the basin with seas to 14 ft as
indicated by recent altimeter data. These conditions will
gradually subside tonight. Light to gentle variable winds are
expected Tue and Wed. The next cold front is forecast to come
off Texas Thu morning and extend from the Florida big bend to
the southern tip of Texas Fri morning. The front will then stall
before dissipating Fri night.  

.TONIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft,subsiding to 3 to
5 ft in the afternoon.

.WED...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extending from 31N75W to
Freeport to the western Cuba will continue to support gale-force
winds N of 30N through early this evening. Fresh to strong winds
and building seas associated with the front will gradually 
diminish to the east of the Bahamas on Wed as the front continues 
to push farther east away from the area. The tail of a second 
front will enter the far NW waters Wed night followed by a 
stronger cold front moving off NE Florida early on Fri. Fresh to 
locally strong winds will affect the waters N of the Bahamas Fri 
and Sat.

.TUE...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.WED...S of 27N,E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,SE to S
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SW to W in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 5 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU...S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW to W 10 to 15 kt in the
