Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front stretches across the Gulf of
Mexico from the Florida Panhandle near 30N85W to the coast of
Mexico near 19N96W. The front will sweep across the SE Gulf of
Mexico late tonight into early Mon morning, exiting the basin by
late Mon afternoon. Fresh to strong winds will accompany the 
front with rough seas. Winds and seas will begin diminish by Mon 
night. Light to gentle variable winds are expected Tue through 
Thu.

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.MON...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NW swell. 
.MON NIGHT...N to NE winds 15 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NW swell. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...N to NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 3 ft in NW to N swell in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...N to NE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the afternoon. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.  

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered E of the Bahamas will shift 
east through tonight ahead of a strong cold front that will 
enter the NW offshore waters by early Mon morning. Strong to 
near gale force southerly winds will prevail through tonight N
of the Bahamas and off the Florida coast. Gale force conditions
are expected to develop along the front N of 30N between 78W and
80W. Rough seas are also expected with the front. Winds will fall
below gale-force by late Mon afternoon, with winds becoming
moderate to fresh Mon night into Tue. Seas will begin to subside
by Mon night and fall below 8 ft by Tue night.

25 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON...S of 27N,SW winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,SW winds 25 to
30 kt, shifting to W to NW 25 to 35 kt in the afternoon. Seas 4 
to 6 ft, becoming 8 to 14 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
